The past weekend brought stormy weather to the Northeast and the South.  In the northeast, Mass was cancelled at many churches on Sunday.  Sundays tornado in southern Mississippi will force many schools to cancel classes today.  We will continue to pray for those affected by these storms.  We offer encouragement that the Sun (Son) will shine if you hold out.

The following schools will be closed on Monday: 

  • All Lamar county schools
  • Petal School District
  • Sacred Heart Elementary and High School
  • University of Southern Mississippi. 
  • Presbyterian Christian School
  • Word of Faith Academy
